Theodore Sanchez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Theodore started their career in 2004 as an Aircraft Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps, where they were responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, and maintaining aircraft communication, navigation, and electronic countermeasures systems. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Aviation Maintenance Controller, where they supervised and controlled the performance of aviation maintenance department functions.

In 2018, Theodore joined Marine Corps Recruiting as an Enlisted Recruiter, where they supported the recruitment team by answering queries, coordinating meetings, and conducting phone interviews with potential candidates. Theodore was later promoted to Officer Recruiter - Officer Selection Committee, where they led high-volume recruitment efforts, coordinated with leadership to understand enlistment needs, and sourced and selected qualified candidates.

Currently, Theodore works at Joby Aviation as a Recruiter, starting in 2023.

Theodore Sanchez earned a Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Their education at this institution lasted until 2023.
