Adrian Tse is an Executive Director at KordaMentha since April 2023, following a significant tenure at PwC from January 2006 to March 2023, where Adrian held various roles including Director and Associate Director in the Real Estate Advisory sector. During this period, Adrian led a diverse team providing integrated property solutions across all real estate classes, and contributed to buy-side and sell-side due diligence services within the Transaction Services Advisory practice, particularly focusing on infrastructure, real estate, and financial services. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services Assurance Practice, where Adrian specialized in auditing large financial institutions. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from UNSW, completed from 2003 to 2005, and attended Oakhill College from 1997 to 2002.
