Tejas Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Partner at McKinsey & Company since May 2015, Tejas has previously held the role of Founder and CTO at Operating Analytics, leading the development of a web-based operating room management product. Earlier experiences include positions at InsightSquared as a Software Engineer, where responsibilities included serving as Scrum Master and technical lead for significant projects, and at JLG Technologies, focusing on client and server software for distributed systems.
