Angela T. Malley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as SVP & General Counsel for the Americas and APAC at Körber Supply Chain Software since October 2024, Malley previously held the position of General Counsel and Secretary at MercuryGate International from June 2017 to October 2024. Prior roles include Executive Director and Director of Legal Affairs as well as Senior Corporate Counsel at Logi Analytics from September 2012 to May 2017, and Senior Corporate Counsel at BroadSoft from January 2008 to August 2012. Earlier in the career, Malley served as Associate Corporate Counsel at OPNET Technologies, Inc. and Associate General Counsel at Pace Global Energy Services. Malley earned a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law between 2002 and 2005.
