Kelly Hansen has a solid work experience, starting in 1999 as a Paralegal Supervisor at Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers, L.L.P. Kelly held this role until 2018 when they joined Tompkins International. At Tompkins International, they initially served as a Legal and Contracts Administrator from May 2018 to January 2021. From January 2021 to the present, Kelly has been the Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Tompkins International.

Kelly Hansen received a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science from NC Wesleyan, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
