Glenda Gallina serves as the District Manager for West Europe at Kontoor Brands, Inc., overseeing direct-to-consumer operations for Lee & Wrangler in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France since February 2024. Prior to this role, Glenda worked as a Regional Manager at J-Club International B.V., managing operations for 250 points of sale throughout Flanders from May 2022 to December 2023. Glenda's experience also includes serving as a Retail Operations Coordinator for GANT, managing 17 retail corners and one flagship store from August 2016 to February 2022, as well as a Store Manager responsible for personnel and store operations. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Hotel Receptionist at Hilton from June 2009 to December 2013. Glenda's educational background features a certificate in Targeted Management from Mindstage and a shortened educational bachelor in Secondary Education from HOGENT, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural and Linguistic Mediation from Università degli Studi di Milano.
