Susana Ruiz de Chavez March has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Susana currently serves as the VP of People at °´Ç²Ô´ÚôÇ, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Epson Latinoamérica from 2012 to 2021, where they held roles such as Regional Human Resources Director and Regional HR Manager. At Epson, they were responsible for managing all HR functions in the Latam North Region, implementing process standardization, and introducing the "Epson Way" culture concept. Susana also led the sales team compensation structure and implemented the "Great Place to Work" methodology. Before joining Epson, Susana worked at Ameco as the Human Resources Director for Latinamerica from 2006 to 2012. In this role, they provided strategic direction to a global employee population and managed a team of HR professionals. Susana also led the HR plan for startup operations in new locations and designed structures for different business models. Prior to that, they held roles at American Standard and Emerson Process Management, where they were responsible for industrial relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and organizational development. Susana started their career at American Standard as an Industrial Relations Trainee and was later promoted to Industrial Relations Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, compliance, process standardization, and talent management.
Susana Ruiz de Chavez March completed their education at the Universidad del Valle de México. Susana obtained a Master's degree in Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management, from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they also hold a Finance Diploma from the same university, although the exact dates of completion are unknown.
