Vincent Walden

Vincent Walden began their career in 1995 as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen. Vincent later joined Newsblaster.com, Inc. in 1999 as the CFO and President, where they successfully raised angel start-up investment and grew the company's cash flow before selling it to a Mitsubishi subsidiary. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at KPMG LLP as a Senior Manager. In 2006, they moved to Ernst & Young LLP - FIDS as a Senior Manager before being promoted to Partner at Ernst & Young in 2011. As a Partner, they specialized in forensic technology, eDiscovery, forensic data analytics & science, information governance, and cyber breach response. During this time, they also served as the Southeast Regional Forensic Technology leader and was part of a global leadership team. In 2019, they joined Alvarez & Marsal as a Managing Director, where they focused on advanced regulatory, compliance, and investigative intelligence. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Kona AI, leading an AI-driven compliance and anti-fraud technology solution for mid and large companies.

Vincent Walden obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Information Systems, from the University of Southern California in the years 1994 to 1997.

In 2017, they attended the Harvard Business School to complete the Harvard Leadership Program, where they studied Business Administration and Management in a general capacity.

In addition to their formal education, Vincent Walden has obtained certifications in Unconscious Bias and Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues from LinkedIn. Vincent acquired these certifications in November 2020 and September 2020, respectively.
