German Arciniegas has over 19 years of professional experience. German began their career in 2001 as an Enterprise Risk Services Senior Consultant at Deloitte. In 2004, they joined SABMiller as a Latam IS Audit & Control Manager, where they were responsible for deploying the information security strategy for South America and designing and implementing control structures over IT processes. In 2014, they moved to Organizacion Corona as a Security Policy & Compliance Lead at Grupo Corona. In 2017, they joined ControlCase as a Senior Security Advisor. Most recently, they have been working at Kompleye as Vice President and Operations Lead since 2019.

German Arciniegas obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Universidad de Los Andes between 1993 and 2000. Prior to this, they attended Academia Militar San Jorge between 1990 and 1992, where they earned a Bachiller con orientacion militar in Orientacion militar.
