Rizka Adhanawanti has a diverse work experience. Rizka started their career at Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia in 2008, where they worked in the Promotion Team until 2010. Rizka then transitioned to the University Secretariat role until 2012. In 2012, they joined Urbanesia.com as a Data Officer until 2014, when they moved to KompasKarier.com as a Secretary & Head Administration. Most recently, they have been working at Kompas.com in the Marketing Communications role since 2018.

Rizka Adhanawanti attended SMAN 77 Jakarta from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in High School with a concentration in IPS. Following this, they enrolled at Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia Jakarta from 2005 to 2010. During this period, they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies, although no degree name was specified.
