Aylmer Graeler is a Marketing & Communications Specialist at Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe since November 2018, where responsibilities include organizing hundreds of nature and culture-based activities for over half a million annual visitors. Aylmer also owns and leads Sweet Outdoors, which specializes in outdoor sports activities, courses, and trips in Sweden's backcountry since May 2011. Previous experience includes roles as Sales Manager at Kato Group BV from August 2015 to October 2018 and Location Manager at Mountain Network from January 2013 to January 2015. Aylmer holds a degree in Outdoor Sports Instruction and Outdoor Sports Management from Hanze Polytechnic, completed in 2011, and has a background in studies at Delft University of Technology from 1998 to 2006.
