Meireska Paliyama has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they completed an internship as a Business Development Intern at DigitalMarketer.id, where they gained exposure to the digital marketing education industry. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at kompas gramedia group of magazines, starting as a Community Development Officer for four female media brands. Meireska successfully launched community initiatives and demonstrated excellent skills in tracking community and influencer engagement. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Community Development Specialist, where they devised and executed strategies to build the community ecosystem and collaborated with various divisions within the company. Currently, they hold the position of Community Specialist at Kompas.com, starting in 2022.

Meireska Paliyama completed their Bachelor of Economics degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Universitas Pelita Harapan. Meireska attended the university from 2014 to 2018. During their time at the university, they acquired several additional certifications. In July 2017, they received a Certificate of Participation in the UPH Business School "Passion + Purpose" Talkshow. In September 2016, they obtained a Certificate Talkshow from CIMB Niaga titled "Being Outstanding Millenials: How Far is Your Preparation to face AEC Era?" In June 2016, they earned a Certificate as a Chorister (Alto) in the "Annual and Charity Concert Celebrating UPH Choir 11th Anniversary" titled HE GAVE US STORIES. In April 2016, they received certification as a Performer in Dr. Mochtar Riady Legal Fair 2016. In November 2015, they obtained a Certificate for UPH Abstinence Campaign called "Stay Away: No S.A.D Be Smart". In July 2015, they received a Certificate of Appreciation for Finding Lucrative Market Opportunity at Universitas Pelita Harapan. In May 2015, they earned a Certificate of Appreciation titled "Young Entrepreneurs Seeking Opportunity: The Riches of North Celebes" at Universitas Pelita Harapan. Lastly, in August 2014, they obtained a Certificate for UPH Festival 21 at Universitas Pelita Harapan.
