Monica P. currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, leading the complete Human Resources function with a focus on talent attraction and retention. With a diverse background in human resources, Monica has held multiple leadership roles such as Vice President in various organizations, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development. Additionally, Monica is actively involved in counseling as a founder of Metamorphose Counseling & Training and as a pain coach at Painacea Pain Relief Centre. As a Counseling Psychologist and Psychotherapist at Monica's Metamorphose Clinic, responsibilities include providing therapeutic support.
