Kevin Taylor has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kevin started their career as an Assistant HR Manager at Paragon Water Systems, Inc. in 2000. Kevin then worked at Tech Data, where they held positions as Logistics Coordinator from 2001 to 2004 and Supervisor Customer Care from 2004 to 2010. At Tech Data, Kevin demonstrated exceptional leadership and achieved high customer satisfaction ratings. In 2010, they became the Sr. Manager, Customer Care and also took on the role of SAP Project Management, where they made significant contributions to productivity gains and the successful implementation of a million-dollar ERP returns application.
In 2016, Kevin joined American Medical Response as the Director of Member Services, overseeing three high-volume national service centers. Under their leadership, Access2Care received excellent member satisfaction scores in the National Emergency Medical Transportation industry. In 2018, they joined Masonite International as the Manager Customer Services Support, providing support to the customer services team.
Currently, Kevin Taylor is serving as the Director of Contact Center Operations at Kobie Marketing since 2021.
Kevin Taylor received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Kevin then pursued further education and attained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Saint Leo University, studying there from 2013 to 2015.
