Alicia Michaels has extensive experience in subscription operations and sales, currently serving as the Head of Subscription Operations at PEI since April 2019, alongside a role in Client Engagement and Sales Operations. Prior to this, Alicia was a Sales Coordinator at The Argosy Group from May 2017 to April 2019 and held various positions at CQ - Roll Call, Inc. from June 2011 to May 2017, including Product Specialist and Sales Operations. Earlier in a career at CQ Roll Call Group from June 2008 to June 2011, Alicia worked as an Account Manager. Education was completed at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
