Reed Rawhouser

Director of Product Management at Knock

Reed Rawhouser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Reed is currently the Director of Product Management at Knock® CRM since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead Product Manager at SkyWatch from October 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Intapp from January 2021 to October 2021.

Reed also has experience as a Product Manager, specifically in mobile, search, and conversational AI, at DealCloud, an Intapp Company. During their time there from August 2019 to January 2021, they led a successful redesign and rethinking of the DealCloud mobile app, resulting in a significant increase in monthly active users.

In addition, Reed has held the position of Director of Solutions at Reply.ai, where they managed a remote services team and played a crucial role in developing and managing chatbots and customer support tools. Reed'scontributions resulted in a substantial increase in monthly recurring revenue.

Before venturing into the technology industry, Reed co-founded BlueLine Labs, a mobile app development agency. As the CEO and co-founder from January 2015 to February 2017, they successfully guided early-stage entrepreneurs in bringing their ideas to production, delivered numerous mobile and web applications, and grew the business to $1.5 million.

Reed's journey into the tech field began at MSDSonline, where they worked as a Database Developer from August 2012 to January 2015. During this time, they taught himself SQL and implemented a business intelligence data warehouse, significantly improving product usage data processing time.

Prior to their tech career, Reed taught Mathematics at Gordon Tech High School from August 2009 to July 2012 and St. Joseph High School from August 2008 to August 2009.

Reed Rawhouser has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Reed pursued further education and earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from DePaul University, attending between 2008 and 2011.
