Jan Leendert P. Brouwer is a highly experienced cardiologist and medical director with a robust background in various clinical roles. Currently serving as Medical Director at ICON plc and cardiologist at HartKliniek, Jan also contributes as a preceptor for clinical research at Hanzehogeschool Groningen. With a long-standing commitment to the field, Jan has held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Medical Officer at De Nationale Trombose Dienst and owner of Diagnosis on Demand BV. Jan's education includes a PhD in Thrombosis and Hemostasis from the University of Groningen and a cardiology degree from Radboud University, supplemented by several advanced life support courses.
