Tim Champion is an experienced infrastructure and network engineer with a robust background in trading infrastructure and security. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Engineer at Virtu Financial since August 2017, Tim oversees all aspects of trading infrastructure, including exchange connectivity and performance optimization. Previous roles include Network Engineer at KCG Holdings, Inc. and Senior Network and Security Engineer at Westpac Institutional Bank. Tim has also held positions as a Senior Network Engineer at CACI and Royal Bank of Scotland, as well as a Network Engineer at IPC Systems, Inc. and BT Syntegra, where responsibilities included managing network contracts for Kent and Essex County Councils.
