Colette Tychon has extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as a Logistic Analyst for Western Europe at Knauf Insulation since March 2004. Previous roles at Knauf include Customer Service Analyst and Customer Services Manager for France and Belgium, where Colette focused on enhancing customer service experiences, resolving customer issues, and developing service procedures and standards. Colette has demonstrated strong leadership by mentoring customer service agents and ensuring adherence to budgets while maintaining accurate records and analyzing KPI statistics. Prior to Knauf, Colette worked at OXYBEL as a Customer Service Representative and Commerciale Interne from January 1997 to 2004.
