Cesar Menjivar has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative and ISP Support at Atento. In 2010, they moved to SYKES El Salvador as a Customer Service Representative, and in 2013 they began working at TELUS International as a Technical Support Specialist for G Suite. In 2018, they joined Crossover for Work as a Customer Support Engineer, where they helped troubleshoot complex product issues and reported bugs to the Engineering team. In 2021, they began working at Web4Realty as a Customer Support Manager, where they were responsible for Account Management/Customer Success, Upselling, Technical Support for Website Builder, CRM, and Email Marketing Software, and Bug reporting and follow-up. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Knack as a Customer Support Specialist.
Cesar Menjivar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador between 2013 and 2017. Cesar also holds three certifications from Coursera, including "Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User", "Technical Support Fundamentals", and "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking", which were all obtained in March 2022.
