Patrick Kersten has diverse experience in IT support and customer service. Currently employed as a Medewerker IT at KLG Europe since October 2017, Patrick previously worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Atos from September 2014 to October 2017 and as a Service Desk Employee at Atos from 2010 to May 2014, providing first and second line support. Patrick also served as an Onsite Engineer at HP CDS for a short project in mid-2014, replacing hard drives with SSDs. Prior to their IT career, Patrick was an Attractie medewerker at Attractiepark Toverland from July 2003 to April 2021, operating attractions. Educational background includes studies at Gilde Opleidingen from 2004 to 2009.
