Raymond Scott, MBA, currently serves as the Marine Services Director at Kitsap Transit, a position held since August 2017, after progressing through roles such as Marine Operations and Maintenance Manager and Marine Engineer. Prior to Kitsap Transit, Raymond Scott was the Chief Engineer at Olympic Tug and Barge from April 2013 to August 2017 and worked as an Assistant Engineer at Clipper Seafood and Cape Greig. Raymond Scott began the career at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, where roles included Zone Manager from June 2002 to August 2012. Academically, Raymond Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution in 2019, in addition to an ATA in Marine Electrician from Olympic College earned between 2000 and 2007.
