John Caspers is an experienced project leader and technical manager in civil engineering, currently serving as Projectleider at Gemeente Eemsdelta since July 2022, while also owning and managing Caspers infra service, an independent company operating in the northern provinces of the Netherlands since December 1999. Past roles include supervising projects for various municipalities and provinces, such as toezichthouder for Gemeente Assen and Provincie Groningen, and projectleider for Gemeente Winsum and Provincie Drenthe.
