Joshua Bollman is an IT Specialist at Kitron Group since December 2021 and has been an Independent Contractor providing IT Technician services since 2010. In this role, Joshua is responsible for sales, maintenance, technical support, and upgrades of computer systems and software for in-home and small business users, while also training customers on various operating systems and security software. Prior to the current positions, Joshua served as a Tier II Technician at CMIT Solutions of Central PA from June 2020 to December 2021 and worked as a Toll Collector for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission from March 2014 to June 2020. Joshua holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Allegany College of Maryland, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
