John O'Connell has extensive work experience in the engineering and construction industry. John started their career in 1987 as a Building Services Technician at Joda Engineering Consultants. In 1992, they joined IIF Process, Mechanical & Electrical Contractors as a Building Services Engineer and Project Manager, where they worked until 2005. During this time, they also served as a Senior Building Services Engineer at John Sisk & Son Ltd from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Contracts Manager at JRE Group. John then joined BAM Ireland as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they joined John Paul Construction as a Building Services Engineer and worked there until 2017. Currently, they are working as a Senior Project Manager at Kirby Group Engineering, a position they have held since November 2017.
