Michael Gauglitz serves as the Vice President of Sustainable Business Development at ST Engineering, where efforts focus on creating sustainable solutions to address climate change, circular economy challenges, and urbanization. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions at Linde, including Director of Operations Plan & Source, where contributions led to significant optimization projects, including a successful Cost Reductions Program, margin increases in fast-moving product segments, and enhanced profitability through process digitization. Michael also demonstrated revenue growth and market position expansion as Head of Retail Sales for Linde Gas Italia, managing significant personnel and financial responsibilities. Michael's educational background includes an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and a Master’s Degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
