Joseph Aguilar is a highly experienced professional in program and project management with extensive expertise in logistics, maintenance, and continuous process improvement. Currently serving as the Regional Program Manager for Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation, Joseph oversees operations for 11 sites across the United States, managing a workforce of 300 full-time employees in IT-related functions. Previous roles include Program Project Manager at Chickasaw Nation Industries, where Joseph focused on process improvements for the Marine Corps Logistics Control Center, and Maintenance/Quality Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace, responsible for managing complex logistic maintenance. Joseph's military background includes significant positions in the U.S. Navy, encompassing Aviation Maintenance Manager and Avionics Maintenance Manager, among others, contributing to numerous mission-critical operations. Joseph holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Cyber Security and an MBA, and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
