Sulieman Arabiat is a seasoned professional in project controls and cost management, with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at NEOM since May 2022, Sulieman previously held key positions, including Chief of Cost Engineering at Bechtel Civil Infrastructure and Cost Manager for the Riyadh Metro Project. Prior roles include Senior Cost Analyst for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup, Project Controls Manager for the Marsa Zayed Project, and Senior Cost Engineer for Khaleifah Port & Industrial Zone. Sulieman's expertise encompasses establishing cost control processes, overseeing project payment certifications, and providing training and technical support for project management offices. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering & Technology Management from Washington State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan.
