Jessica Wenceslao has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Jessica started their career as a Stock Associate at Forever 21 from November 2016 to July 2018. In November 2018, they worked as a Food Service Assistant at Aztec Shops Ltd. for a short period until January 2019. Later in November 2018, they briefly worked as a Front End Assistant at Costco Wholesale for one month.

In 2021, Jessica held multiple roles. From March 2021 to May 2022, they worked as a Supervisor at Round Table Pizza. In July 2021, they became a Program Lead at arc After School & Experiential Education, where they stayed until November 2021.

Starting in 2019, Jessica became involved with Lambda Sigma Gamma Sorority Inc. Jessica held several positions within the sorority, including Commissioner of Scholarship and Commissioner of Philanthropy from July 2019 to June 2021. From July 2020 to June 2021, they served as the Commissioner of Publicity. From July 2021 to June 2023, they took on the role of Director Of Philanthropy, where they contributed to guiding the sorority's philanthropic efforts and chaired the Beauty Through Diversity Scholarship Committee.

In January 2022, Jessica joined Equitas Academy Charter Schools, initially in a role related to School Operations until August 2022. From August 2022 to July 2023, they served as a Behavioral Interventionist.

Currently, Jessica is working as a Special Education Assistant at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, starting in July 2023.

Jessica Wenceslao has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from San Diego State University. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Anthropology from Cypress College. Jessica also has two Associate of Arts degrees from Fullerton College, one in Social Sciences and another in Social Behavior & Self Development. Additionally, they have a certification in Crisis Prevention and Intervention from Equitas Academy Charter Schools. The exact years in which they obtained these degrees and certification are unknown.
