Roger Duthie is currently a Senior Associate in the Research Unit at the International Center for Transitional Justice, where Roger has been working since 2004. Prior to this, Roger was a Research Associate at the same organization from 2004 to 2009. Before joining the ICTJ, Roger worked as an Associate in Proposal Strategy and Communications at KPMG from 2001 to 2002. Roger also held the position of Program Assistant/Editor in the Studies Department at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs from 1998 to 2000. Roger began their professional career as an Editorial Assistant at Oxford University Press from 1997 to 1998. Roger holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Cornell University.
