Heather Snodgrass has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of education. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a 7th Grade Science Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools. In 2011, they joined KIPP Nashville, where they held various roles including Math Teacher, Science Teacher, Grade Team Leader, and Instructional Lead until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an Assistant Principal at KIPP Nashville before becoming the Director of Data in 2018. Concurrently, from 2012 to 2016, they worked at TNTP Teaching Fellows as a Seminar Leader and Teacher Development Coach, and later as an Effectiveness Coach. Additionally, they worked as a Math Adjunct Professor at Relay Graduate School of Education from 2016 to 2020.
Heather Snodgrass pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Music at Belmont University from 2006 to 2009. Later, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Teaching at the same university from 2009 to 2011.
