Andre McFarlane is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Manager at Kingston Wharves Limited since August 2023 and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Insurance Employees Co-Operative Credit Union Ltd since January 2024. Previously, Andre held positions in IT management at Carnival Cruise Line and as Director of Information Technology at The Statistical Institute of Jamaica. With over 17 years at Guardian Group, roles included IT Infrastructure Services Manager, Project Leader for Network Services, Senior Network Engineer, and Systems Engineer for Network Infrastructure. Andre's career began at RBTT Bank Jamaica Limited as an Information Technology Specialist. Academically, Andre holds an MSc in Information Technology & Security from the University of Liverpool, a BSc in Information Technology Systems and Management from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, and an Associate's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Vector Technology Institute.
