Valeria Ponte is an experienced professional in human resources and psychology, currently serving as a Research Associate at Kingsley Gate Partners since January 2023, where responsibilities include conducting market research on organizational structures and compensation. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist at National Cargo Solutions, focusing on recruitment, project management, and company culture initiatives. Valeria also worked as a Human Talent Analyst at SupraBT, managing various HR processes and organizational updates.
