Omar Al Saqer, MA, currently serves as the Chief of Medical Complaints and Investigations at the Eastern Health Cluster since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing medical complaints, investigating malpractice, and participating in governance committees focused on health practitioners' regulations. With a background in legal affairs and ethical oversight, Omar is also involved as a member of ethics and forms committees at King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam, further examining ethical issues and policy. Omar holds a Master of Arts in Medical Ethics and Palliative Care Law from Keele University and a Bachelor of Laws from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, equipping Omar with comprehensive expertise in medical ethics and legislation.
