Kate Smith BSN, RN, CNLCP, LCP-C is an experienced nurse with a focus on life care planning and critical care. Currently serving as a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner at KLS Life Care Planning, LLC since January 2023, Kate Smith specializes in creating life care plans and medical cost projections for clients with catastrophic injuries or chronic health needs. In addition, Kate Smith has been with MARC, Inc. since January 2021, providing medical consulting and performing records review, having achieved CNLCP certification in January 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Nurse at Mayfield Brain & Spine, where Kate Smith managed care for neurosurgical patients in the post-anesthesia care unit and pain management, and at TriHealth, where responsibilities included working in the Neurosurgical ICU and neurology unit. Kate Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing between 2006 and 2010.
