Bernice Bonello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in CRM operations and marketing management. Currently serving as Head of CRM Operations at Kindred Group plc since January 2018, Bernice oversees an agile CRM team, manages project delivery across various brands, and coaches team members. Prior to this role, Bernice held multiple positions at Ladbrokes Coral Group from August 2013 to January 2018, where responsibilities included leading CRM marketing operations, managing teams in Gibraltar and Manila, and developing CRM systems.
