Eugene Merza possesses extensive experience in the casino industry, currently serving as Slot Operation Manager at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa since September 2022. Prior to this role, Eugene spent two decades at Pechanga Resort Casino, progressing from Slot Supervisor to Slot Shift Manager, where responsibilities included supervising 12-20 team members and ensuring high standards of guest service. Eugene is also pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Finance at Mt. San Jacinto College.
