Elaine Cowan has extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in lending and collections. Since 2008, Elaine has served as a Senior Account Manager at Kindred Credit Union, focusing on commercial, agricultural, and personal lending. Prior to this role, from 2003 to 2008, Elaine worked as a Collector at the Credit Bureau of St Thomas, where responsibilities included collections and small claims court documentation. Elaine's career in banking began at the Bank of Montreal, where from 1971 to 1998, a significant tenure was spent as an Account Manager specializing in commercial and agricultural lending.
