Julie Ash, MA, PCC, CHIC has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Julie has held various leadership roles in well-known companies such as KIND and Johnson & Johnson.

At KIND, Julie served as the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for organizational health and effectiveness, performance development, and cultural evolution of the company. Julie also led change leadership strategies for the launch of new software.
