Elise Bowling, MBA/PHR/SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Global Talent at Yum! Brands since January 2023, focusing on succession planning, executive assessment strategies, and leadership development across various brands and regions while promoting diversity and inclusivity. Prior to this role, Elise held several positions at UofL Health, including Learning and Development Specialist and Senior Human Resources Manager, and worked at Total Quality Logistics in various human resources roles. Previous experience also includes leadership in human resources at Target and an internship with Osram Sylvania. Elise earned an MBA from the University of Kentucky and a B.A. in English and Journalism from the same institution.
