Ken Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in franchise consulting and operations management. Currently serving as a Franchise Consultant at Kilwin's Chocolates Franchise, Inc. since October 2013, Ken provides ongoing support to franchisees in the Eastern U.S. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales and Operations at AR Tech/Tibbs Paving Inc., Director of Operations at Central Virginia Management Services and Tibbs Paving, Inc., and Regional Director/Product Director at Integrated Paving Concepts.
