Richard Jones holds a BS in Industrial Manufacturing Technology and an MS in Human Resource Development with a focus on organizational development. Currently serving as the Lead Instructor for Manufacturing Technology at Kilgore College since August 2023, Richard has previously held key management roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager at Cabinetworks Group and Plant Manager at ST Fastening Systems and Wastequip. Richard demonstrated significant leadership capabilities by enhancing safety standards, improving production efficiencies, and implementing quality programs across various operations in both automotive and manufacturing sectors. Additional experience includes positions as Operations Supervisor at Southwire Company, Continuous Improvement Operations Specialist at PACCAR, and roles in recruitment and correctional services. Richard also holds a teacher certification in special education.
