Christie Brea serves as the People Services Director at Kids Dental Brands since September 2021 and previously held the position of Sr. Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo) from March 2019 to October 2020. HOPCo specializes in musculoskeletal outcomes management, overseeing a range of services including physician practices and population health. Prior to HOPCo, Christie was the Sr. Regional Human Resources Business Partner at MEDNAX, covering multiple states for a physician-owned pediatric sub-specialty organization from November 2014 to March 2019. Christie's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Promise Healthcare from November 2008 to November 2014, and as Regional Human Resources Generalist at CIT from March 2003 to April 2008. Christie Brea earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Phoenix between 2006 and 2009.
