Camilla R. is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits, Compliance, & Strategy at Kiawah Island Golf Resort since June 2024, Camilla previously held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources there from March 2017 to May 2024. Prior roles include Corporate Human Resources Manager and various positions at Salamander Hotels & Resorts, where strategic HR support was provided across multiple divisions from February 2008 to October 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Benefits & Training Coordinator at NASCAR and as a Human Resources Assistant at The Kroger Company. Camilla began the professional journey as a Children's Mental Health Case Manager at Lifestream Behavioral Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Florida, completed in 1998, and a high school diploma from Umatilla High School, obtained in 1994.
