Ashley Harostock has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ashley began their career at Friendship House as a Mental Health Technician from September 2008 to September 2009. Ashley then joined United One, where they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources from September 2009 to April 2017, before being promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources. In 2010, they also worked as an Intern at the Counseling and Student Development Center of Marywood University from September 2010 to May 2012.

Ashley Harostock has a solid education background in the field of psychology. Ashley earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton in 2004, followed by a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Penn State University in 2008. Ashley then pursued further education and obtained a Master's of Science in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton in 2012. Additionally, Ashley holds two certifications, including a National Certified Counselor from the National Board for Certified Counselors, which they acquired in May 2012, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM).
