Khalid Yaseen's work experience includes a role as an Operations Department Specialist at Ki Insurance starting in June 2020. In this role, they developed and implemented strategies to achieve the call center's goals and objectives, monitored and evaluated the performance of call center agents and teams, and effectively allocated resources. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Soloution Markeeting from August 2018 to April 2020.
From 2016 to 2019, Khalid Yaseen attended Preston University where they pursued a degree in b.tech honour in the field of Civil Engineering Technology/Technician.
