Eric Bailey is an experienced professional in the field of instructional design and online curriculum development. Currently serving as the Instructional Design Process Manager at Keypath Education since September 2019, Eric previously held the position of Senior Instructional Designer. From October 2017 to June 2019, Eric worked as the Director of Online Curriculum Development and Innovation at Columbia College Chicago Online, where responsibilities included strategic planning, faculty engagement, and digital technology implementation. Eric's extensive experience with Columbia College Chicago from June 1997 to September 2017 encompassed various roles such as Programs and Instructional Design Manager, Adjunct Faculty, Distance Learning Manager, and Technology and Facility Manager. Eric holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from Walden University and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business from Columbia College Chicago.
