Adrian Ip currently serves as the Chief Design Manager and Head of Land and Property at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, holding these positions since May 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager in Development at CPP Investment Board from September 2014 to September 2016 and E.D. in the Development Group for Global Real Assets - Real Estate Asia at JPMorgan from August 2007 to October 2013. Adrian also worked as General Manager of the Design Department at K. Wah International Holdings Limited and Associate Director at Wong Tung & Partners Ltd. Previously, Adrian held the position of Senior Architect at Ronald Lu & Partners (Hong Kong) Ltd. and served as an Architect at Wong Tung & Partners Ltd. from 1989 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Sydney, as well as a Certificate of Secondary Education from The King's School and attendance at Epsom College.
