Melissa Conaghan serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Keyhole Software since February 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy and completeness of the organization's financial picture and directing financial goals, accounting, budgeting, and overall financial planning. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Financial Controller, managing daily financial operations and internal controls during the company's growth. Associated with UMKC as an Adjunct Instructor from June 2016 to December 2018, Melissa taught courses in Managerial Accounting and Intermediate Financial Accounting. Melissa's professional journey includes experience as an Audit Associate at EY from September 2013 to February 2015. Academically, Melissa holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas Graduate School of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and History of Art from the University of Kansas.
