Graduating in Electronic Engineering, Sue’s early career was in Systems Engineering, working on large systems projects such as London’s Heathrow Express Rail Link. Sue went on to gain experience in Software in the Aerospace and Defence Sectors and gained leadership and management experience in roles such as Software Team Leader and Project Management.

Delivering mission and safety critical software projects to high profile global organisations, Sue spent more than a decade working in Project Management and was promoted to Operations Manager for Ultra Electronics with responsibility for the delivery of High Integrity Electronic Control Systems to the Civil Aerospace Industry.

In 2013 Sue joined KeTech and has been instrumental in its success through managing the delivery of high profile real-time and dynamic information systems, including the prestigious DOO project for Crossrail. Sue took up the position of Operations Director in 2017 and is now focused on KeTech’s Operational Excellence and in providing Delivery Excellence to all KeTech’s Customers.
